LETTER FROM SECRETARY GENERAL
Distinguished Delegates of FBOMUN27,
It is with great pride that I welcome you to FBOMUN. As Secretary-General, I am honored to bring together individuals who are willing to think critically, speak with purpose, and engage with the challenges of our world.
FBOMUN is more than a simulation of diplomacy; it is where ideas are tested, perspectives are challenged, and leadership begins to take shape. In these committees, you will confront complex global issues that demand more than prepared speeches — they require strategy, adaptability, and the courage to defend your convictions.
Our Secretariat and Organization Team have worked diligently to create an environment that is both intellectually demanding and personally rewarding. Every detail has been shaped with one goal in mind: to provide you with a conference that pushes you beyond comfort and into growth.
I encourage you to approach each session with confidence and open-mindedness. Listen carefully. Negotiate thoughtfully. Disagree respectfully. It is through this process that diplomacy proves its strength. May FBOMUN be a place where your ideas your ambition grows stronger.
I look forward to witnessing the impact you will create
With warm regards,
Duru AKIN
